Impact on Well-being Event—From Measurement to Action

On September 24, we’re hosting the follow-up to our Impact in Wellbeing event, where we’ll bring together HR professionals and wellness managers in the heart of Antwerp. One afternoon focused on one central question: How do you turn signals into actions that actually make a difference?

Impact on Well-being: From Measurement to Action

More and more organizations are measuring employee well-being—through surveys, pulse checks, and eNPS scores. But then comes the harder question: you have the answers—what do you do with them?

On September 24, we’ll bring together HR professionals and well-being coordinators in downtown Antwerp. One afternoon focused on that one question: How do you turn signs into actions that really make a difference?

‌

Well-being often gets bogged down in good intentions and vague statistics. We believe it can be tangible without losing sight of the human element. At this event, we’ll go a step beyond mere measurement. We’ll look at what you do with your data.

We do this through research and hands-on experience, with plenty of opportunity to learn from one another. It’s not just an inspirational session that feels like a distant memory the very next day. Instead, it’s an afternoon from which you’ll take home something practical.

What to Expect

  • A clear framework: How do you pick up on signals and translate them into concrete actions? Data-driven work doesn't have to be complicated.
  • The Jan Yperman Hospital’s Well-being Initiative and Its Focus on Prevention
  • A workshop where you’ll get hands-on with your own data: determining your focus, selecting hypotheses, and defining actions
  • It's time to learn from other HR professionals across different industries

Practical

  • Thursday, September 24
  • Location: Stadsform Antwerp (Stadswaag, downtown Antwerp)
  • 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. — We'll share the exact agenda and speakers soon
  • Free admission

We’ll take a brief look back at the “Impact in Wellbeing” event held on May 5 and focus on a framework for setting goals related to topics such as feedback culture and communication, leadership, and absenteeism. How can you make those goals measurable?

Soft HR, Hard Numbers: What's Behind a Quarterly Assessment
Data-driven work doesn't have to be difficult, but it does need to be well thought out in advance. Drawing on his expertise at Wenite, Jasper shows how to translate an objective into the right questions—and why the way you ask determines what you measure.

From baseline measurement to quarterly measurement: how to set up a measurement process
Jasper outlines what a measurement process might look like in practice: a broader general survey, supplemented by quarterly measurements that you link to your KPIs. He also shares tips and pitfalls based on our work with clients.

How to Link Actions to Your Results
How do you identify cause and effect, and what actions do you link to them? We compare the challenge faced by the Jan Yperman Hospital with the framework and show the trade-offs they had to make.
